If you thought inflation is wrongfully impacting your business, let’s add DEI. DEI stands for diversity, equity and inclusion, a definition that is actually polar to uniting. Rather, it is a radical ideology dividing this country further, by implementing these ideologies through corporations and workplaces. DEI is also contrary to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which executed the Equal Employment Opportunity act, and was later amended in 1972. A quick summary, the EEO was established to promote equal employment opportunities. Under the EEOA, corporations and workplaces cannot discriminate against employees and job applicants on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age. DEI does just that, discriminate.
So why do we have this DEI virus growing in America, if the EEO was facilitated 60 years ago and amended 52 years ago? The answer is DEI was established as a tool to further divide Americans, knowingly, that laws against discrimination originated in 1964. DEI is a social tool, and no governing law is established for the DEI movement.
Many small, mid-size and large business owners are concerned when they apply for a business loan, they presume their DEI score is a factor for an underwriting decision. The answer is no, the DEI score is a social score that is piercing American businesses. Did you know DEI was originated by ESGs, which are originated by the United Nations’ globalist agenda? The DEI score is an ESG tool to disjoin this country, the United States of America further, it is not a factor for your business or commercial real estate loan decision.
DEI is all smoke and mirrors for race baiting, by not regarding the individual’s performance, quality, experience, and trust as an asset for employers. Many Americans believe that DEI stands for divide, evil, and illusions.
Let’s prove further that DEI is a farce, major league sports. Let’s start with the NBA, it is impossible for the NBA to follow the DEI structure. How about the NFL and MLB? This is a clear implication that DEI is a farce.
Another contradiction to the DEI score and movement are your friends. Your friends’ skin colors and religions do not matter, they are your friends, likewise, employers are equivalent to this theory, which religion and color are not a prerequisite. Your friendships and business relationships contradict the DEI movement and the DEI social score. Having said that, friends are friends, and good is good, no matter what your skin color is.
